Looking Ahead: What’s Up in May Featuring My #AsianLitBingo TBR

Ok my pandas, this might be a long post, but bear with me here. This month is going to be super jam-packed because I have three main topics I have to cover: my YallWest wrap-up, the #AsianLitBingo along with accompanying shenanigans, and of course, my BLOGIVERSARY!!!! I can’t believe this blog is already almost one year old; how time flies!!! However, more on that and YallWest later. I will say though that all these things happening all in the month of May means that my blog schedule is going to be super jam-packed. Not only will I be posting everyday, you might even see two posts on one day: a review and either another type of post or another review. I’ll try to space it all out, but I make no promises. And of course, I chose to do this all during AP exam season. Ain’t I brilliant?

Anyway, let’s focus on today’s big announcement: the #AsianLitBingo! The amazing Shenwei has all the official rules and such on their blog, so please click here for all the official rules and such!     Good luck with the blackout challenge, I know I can never read fast enough to do it. But it sounds like there’s loads of excellent titles on your list so you should smash through it all in no time!

    High five for being ambitious and going for blackout! I’ve read the majority of these and will be following your reviews as much as I can.
    Flame in the Mist, Tell Me Again How a Crush Should Feel, I Believe in a Thing Called Love, When Dimple Met Rishi, A Thousand Moons on a Thousand Rivers, and Mao’s Last Dancer are the ones I haven’t read, and they’re all on my general TBR. I’m actually really interested in A Thousand Moons on a Thousand Rivers because my dad told me he read the original Chinese language version while he was a college student in Taiwan, which is where the author is from. I think it’s considered a modern classic in Taiwanese literature. 🙂

      Oh thank you so much! I’m definitely really excited to read all the books you mentioned, especially since I’ve heard a great deal do good things about them. I’m also pretty excited to read A Thousand Moons on a Thousand Rivera because I’ve read hardly any translated novels, so this should be interesting! Good luck with your blackout as well!
